The practice

Quietly, structurally, we reorganized around one insight: the biggest barrier to dental care is trust.

Most of the patients who find us aren’t switching from another dentist. They’re returning after years of avoidance, or they had someone they trusted who retired or moved on. Many are women who have spent years managing everyone else’s health and left their own for later.

We’re built for that moment of return. The first appointment is a conversation, not a production slot. Blood pressure is taken because oral health is health. Financial estimates come in plain language before anything is scheduled. We’ll refer you to a specialist when a specialist would do better — even when we could do the work in-house — because we measure success by your outcome, not by revenue captured.

Cornerstone is an all-women team. We greet you by name, remember your kids’ milestones, and pick up where you left off — not as a customer-service trick, but because continuity of care is the product.

Dr. Megan Dosch, DDS

Dr. Dosch grew up in this area and came home after dental school. She places implants in-house, does 30+ hours of continuing education a year, and lives with her husband Adam, three kids (Lawrenz, Breckyn, and Wesley), and three dogs (Loki, Luna, and Baloo). When she’s not at the office, she’s scrapbooking, crafting, or listening to music.

Dr. Pittman was a Cornerstone patient as a child — she credits the wonderful dental care she received from this very practice with the reason she became a dentist. At home: her husband Jason, three daughters (Blake, Finley, and Emersyn), and a boxer named Leni. She runs half marathons, full marathons, and has completed multiple Pike’s Peak Ascents.

The team

An all-women practice. Calm, gentle, present.

Patients describe our team the same way over and over again in reviews: gentle, kind, no judgment. Front-desk team members Cindy and Kim are often called out by name. Most of our hygienists and assistants have been here for years, which is why we remember your kids’ milestones and pick up personal conversations where we left them off.

We hold each other to one standard. Everyone in the building is aligned on how we treat patients — or they’re not in the building.
